Care Professional Providers
The Care Professional Academy is a not-for-profit company, with an overall aim to professionalise the care sector, reward Care Professionals for their commitment to their role and their CPD (Continuous Professional Development); raise the sectors profile as a great place to work and to change the culture and attitudes and promote care staff across the sector as Care Professionals.
The provider portal offers a clear overview of staff training, both in detail and as a whole. It helps manage certificates, analyse skills gaps, and provides evidence for compliance for Local Authority monitoring meetings, internal audits and CQC inspections, as well as best practise.
The training report makes it easy to track staff training, ensuring compliance. It alerts providers and Care Professionals when certificates are about to expire from 60 days and counting down at incremental stages, giving plenty of time for refresher courses supporting governance and compliance. Plus, option to upload competency assessments related to training certificates to support skills, abilities, confidence and knowledge.
