An exciting opportunity for Care Professionals!
We are thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the Care Professional Academy Scholar programme! This exciting programme offers a unique opportunity for up to 25 candidates to study Case Management and Project Management while implementing a Change Management project in the workplace. This programme is fully funded by the Care Professional Academy.
Successful candidates will be given the opportunity to:
- Complete the Skills for Care Leading Change Improving Care Certificate.
- Gain project management skills.
- Implement a Change Management project based on NICE guidelines.
The programme includes 5 training days, project presentations, and ongoing support from course trainers and peers. Scholars will devote around 4 hours a month, integrating many project activities in their daily work.
The Scholar programme is ideal for those in senior or management positions with the ability to implement team wide projects. It supports continuous professional development and enhances the quality of care within your service.
To be eligible for the programme candidates must:
- Be in a position to make changes within their service.
- Supervise or manage staff.
- Be at tier 3 or above on the Care Professional Academy.
