What do I receieve?

So, why not treat yourself?
Your rewards tier increases based on the qualifications and training you have received, relevant to the care sector. As you add more certificates you will increase your profile and move up through the tiers. You can add any training certificate as long as it is relevant to your role, can be any training provider including LA, Care Association, City & Guilds, NVQ’s, St. John, E-learning, Diploma’s, Degree’s. Remember to add your certificates as you do your refreshers.
You will be emailed 60 days before your certificate expires so you can arrange your refresher course.
You can download any certificate from your Affiliate Portal, select your certificate and ‘send via email’ this will then be emailed to you.
A higher tier shows your employer that you are keen to develop and maybe even progress; and is much more attractive to those looking to hire staff. It shows how much you are committed to your role and career in care.
It is not just qualifications that can be added, you may have attended webinars to increase your knowledge and received an attendance certificate, or update training within your job role. All this can be added to your Academy portal.
Your Path to Tier 1
After you have registered and uploaded 6 hours of training certificates, you will reach Tier 1. The Academy Team will send you your Welcome Pack which will include your Care Professional Badge, for you to wear with pride; along with Academy Shopping Trolley token. Instructions of how to join the Care Professional Rewards will be sent to you, along with the App to download for easy ‘on the go’ access to your discounts & benefits.
Your Training Passport
Your passport to progress…
Your training passport is a tool to showcase all your training and development. You can use your training passport when speaking with your manager, such as in supervisions and appraisals, about any further training or progression you wish to achieve. You can also bring this to interviews for new roles in Adult Social Care.
You can download your training passport within your Portal, select ‘Download Training Passport’ this will then be emailed to you.
