The provider portal offers a clear overview of staff training, both in detail and as a whole. It helps manage certificates, analyse skills gaps, and provides evidence for compliance for Local Authority monitoring meetings, internal audits and CQC inspections, as well as best practise.
The training report makes it easy to track staff training, ensuring compliance. It alerts providers and Care Professionals when certificates are about to expire from 60 days and counting down at incremental stages, giving plenty of time for refresher courses supporting governance and compliance. Plus, option to upload competency assessments related to training certificates to support skills, abilities, confidence and knowledge.
