What is 6C’s Culture Check?

Our 6C’s service is an effective way of gathering information and feedback from staff on how they view the culture of the provision.  It will help identify the loyalty of staff and therefore aid retention and recruitment.

This survey looks at the culture of the provision through 6 different areas:

  • Care
  • Compassion
  • Courage
  • Commitment
  • Competence
  • Communication

This is a user friendly and quick online survey, which is anonymous, and the final report is easy to read and includes comments, where given, from staff members

By using our 6C’s service you can determine the “health” of your provision and the stability of your staff, from this you will be able to identify areas that you may wish to develop to strengthen and progress.
