Impartial feedback service
What is the Impartial Feedback Service?
This is a survey where we gather information from the main stake holders, namely individuals who use the service, their families, the staff, and professionals who access the service. From the information they give us we will write a report which includes a suggested action plan to support the organisations quality development.
Why use our Impartial Feedback Service?
Our NEW Impartial Feedback Service is now fully linked to the latest CQC Five Questions and will ensure that providers are compliant with Health & Social Care Act Regulation 17: “Providers must seek and act on feedback from people using the service, those acting on their behalf, staff and other stakeholders so they can continually evaluate the service and drive improvement.”
We have a streamlined, online process which will also support CQC’s requirements for sustainability and accessibility for all.
We aim to have a turnaround time of 5 weeks once the survey start date is agreed, but can work to provider’s needs.

“The feedback was excellent in that it gave us a picture of how our staff, residents, relatives and other professionals feel about our home. We will take all the points raised on board and work towards improving our service,”
