What is the Impartial Feedback Service?

This is a survey where we gather information from your main stake holders, namely individuals who use the service, their families, your staff, and professionals who access your service.  From the information they give us we will write a report which includes a suggested action plan to support your organisations quality development.

Why use our Impartial Feedback Service?

Our NEW Impartial Feedback Service is now fully linked to the latest CQC Five Questions and will ensure you are compliant with Health & Social Care Act Regulation 17: “Providers must seek and act on feedback from people using the service, those acting on their behalf, staff and other stakeholders so they can continually evaluate the service and drive improvement.”

We have a streamlined, online process which will also support CQC’s requirements for sustainability and accessibility for all.

We aim to have a turnaround time of 5 weeks once the survey start date is agreed, but can work to provider’s needs.

What’s included in our IFS?

  • User-friendly online evaluation forms.
  • Evaluation questions aligned directly to the CQC five standards.
  • Comprehensive consultation, analysis, report, action plan, review and support.
  • The final report can be shared with CQC to demonstrate committment to gathering impartial feedback.

The feedback was excellent in that it gave us a picture of how our staff, residents, relatives and other professionals feel about our home. We will take all the points raised on board and work towards improving our service,”
